Your role
As an (Inbound) Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing tactics to attract, engage, and convert our target audience into qualified leads. Your primary focus will be the conversion of product (positioning) documents into high-quality content, optimizing digital channels and leveraging analytics to drive demand for our Cloud Solution Workbench.
- Planning, creation, and distribution of target group-relevant content (blog posts, whitepapers, video content, landing pages, social posts, etc.)
- Optimization of all channels – especially the website – to improve organic reach
- Setting up marketing for a digital / product-led customer journey, including appropriate marketing automation workflows (HubSpot)
- Close collaboration with product management to align product positioning, product-related marketing stories, competitive landscape insights, and current "hot topics"
- Ongoing performance monitoring and continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Management of external agencies and freelancers
